Beskrivning av hemmet vi erbjuda att byta bort
An old townhouse in the centre of Utrecht in a calm and green neighborhood facing a very nice park. The house has five floors, six bedrooms and three balconies. There is also a large playroom in the basement where our boys play football and do their workouts. We do have quite a lot of toys in our house and you can use our bikes and our Mini Cooper. We have three bathrooms with showers and one also has a bath.
The spatial house has a classical (1895) atmosphere with modern amenities and it offers a very nice and sunny city garden as well as the beautiful Wilhelminapark to stroll in.

Our neighborhood is calm and green. There are lots of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. The house borders a nice city park where you can stroll and enjoy the lively scenery. There is a public swimming pool nearby. The center of Utrecht is medieval and picturesque with canals, museums and a beautiful cathedral the 'Domkerk'. Amsterdam is only 26 minutes by train, or 40 minutes by car.

From our house, it is a small walk to several nice cafés, restaurants, a very good ice cream parlor, and shops nearby. In the city center, which is 20 minutes on foot, there are some nice museums agreeable for children and for adults. The railway museum is the favorite museum of our kids and is reachable on foot in ten minutes. You can also rent a boat for sightseeing the canals. By bike, it is only 5-10 minutes before you are in nature. There is a small river nearby where you can canoe or fish.

It is important for us that the house is nice and tidy before we arrive. We do have some delicate furniture and a wing piano, so please be careful. We have an allergy to dogs and cats so unfortunately it is impossible to bring them into the house. We have a lovely garden and terrace which you can use, but please respect the neighbors.
